Refund policy

Because all items sold through Love at First Bite Box are custom curated and/or made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• change of mind

• personal preference

• disliking a book, item, or theme

• shipping delays outside of our control

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must email us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Include your order number

• Include clear photos of the item(s) received

Once reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement for the incorrect item.

Please note we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to the items once delivered to the carrier.
